About MASFA
  • The Mid-Atlantic Steel Framing Alliance (MASFA) is a regional alliance of a national organization called the Steel Framing Alliance (SFA).
  • Our primary objective is to enable and encourage the widespread, practical and economical use of and preference for light gauge steel framing in both light commercial and residential construction.
  • MASFA has three ongoing training programs to help educate the industry in the effective use of light gauge steel:
    • Architect and engineer training program.
    • Contractor training program.
    • Code official training program.
