About MASFA
•The Mid-Atlantic Steel Framing Alliance (MASFA) is a regional alliance of a national organization called the
Steel Framing Alliance
(SFA).
•Our primary objective is to enable and encourage the widespread, practical and economical use of and
preference for light gauge steel
framing in both light commercial and residential
construction.
•MASFA has three ongoing training programs to help
educate the industry in the
effective use of light gauge steel:
–Architect and engineer training program.
–Contractor training program.
–Code official training program.
